The hotel was very ideally situated, it was very close to Empire State building, Flatiron building, beautiful district of Soho. We walked everywhere. There are a lot of eateries within proximity to the hotel. In the lobby area, there is ice-cold complimentary water, you can sit to watch TV. In the morning, you can purchase breakfast from their snacks, coffee or juices. The staff was friendly, helpful. Our room was on the 17th floor, room size was normal for hotels in Manhattan, it was clean and each time we requested cleaning in our room, we informed the reception and they took care of our request. We did late check out and left the room by 15:00 (3 p.m.) by paying extra. They also helped us store our luggage near the reception area at an extra charge of 1 USD per item. I would definitely consider to stay in this hotel on my next visit to New York city. Thank you

the beds were so comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy and the showers were amazing. it was in a really good location, not too far of a walk or could easily get the subway. we checked in at 12:30am and it all went so smooth, the staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. we booked 2 rooms to share a group of 6 of us and the hotel staff managed to get us in rooms a few doors apart from each other - it was amazing! they even upgraded one of our rooms for free which had a view of the empire state building. we wish we could’ve stayed here longer! they also kept our bags for us during the day after checking out so we could explore the city before our train.

Absolutely loved this hotel. In particular the staff at the hotel were fantastic. Always with a big smile and couldn't have made us feel any more welcome and looked after. I stayed in a total of 4 hotels across 3 locations during this trip, and this hotel was the best I stayed in. Aside from the brilliant staff, the hotel was nice and central for us. The beds were nice and comfy and I really enjoyed the bathroom facilities.

Clean and bright. Straight forward room, layout and service. Easy to get in and out of and located next right to a parking garage and near a deli and good restaurants. Empire State Building visible from room. With a little finagling, they let us check in early. Key-card-protected elevators

Location: 5/5 - Being centrally located close to all attractions and activities is was great and super easy to visit NYC. Value for Money: 5/5 - Offering a great experience at a reasonable price point enhanced greatly the experience. Room Size: 4/5 - While the room may be small, its prime location compensates for this aspect. Overall, a fantastic option to explore NYC without breaking the bank.

The size of the room was a little bit small. if it was larger, it could’ve been easier for me to stay with my wife and daughter. Next time I will be more careful about the size.

The Best part of this hotel is the location. As a tourist, you can walk to many attractions and it is also very close to public transport. So, 5 stars on location. Also, the staff is top notch. Very Friendly and helpful

it was a great location! the beds were a bit uncomfortable for me but that’s totally personal opinion my husband and kid slept well lol the view from our room was lovely. it was really clean. the staff was sooo AMAZING and accommodating. there was a parade and I had left the hospital to check out the room while my son was having surgery and I was having trouble getting back to check out so the staff was amazing they said it’s OK I will extend your check out and I just ended up having them take the stuff out of the room and they were so helpful and so nice. kudos to them! stayed November 10/11 2022

About the hotel: The hotel is in a really good location. So you will be in the middle of Manhattan. There is a brand new Whole Foods market en fairway market close by. There bought we our breakfast or at Starbucks that was also really close by. The staff were very friendly. Also what I heard when they spoke to other guests. We arrived on thursday (left on wednesday) and asked on Saturday and Monday roomcleaning (new towels, empty garbage). For us was that perfect! Very plus: close to the reception there you could get water, tea and coffee to take away for free! About the room: we booked the kingsize room and the size was really good. The room was clean, aircondition worked really good and there was a small fridge in the room. Really happy with that! We had room 1701!

The staff was very kind and available. The room was of good size and very clean. The bed was also super comfortable. Loved the stay! My flight was in the evening and so I had the day in NYC. I left my two suitcases the whole day at the hotel after the check out and this for only £1 per item.
